Micheala has been a lead children’s minister since 2005.
This year she was ordained a children’s pastor and brings
an awesome positive attitude that is contagious to kids
and parents. Bringing kids into a personal relationship
with Christ is at the heartbeat of her calling. She believes
that children can grow as fast spiritually as they grow in
the natural if the church partnerships with parents.

Lee Shelton has a passion to see a generation rise up and
be the change they wish to see. He believes that it is only
when we truly discover who God is, that we can find who
we are meant to be. His mission is to help a generation
find their identity and destiny by preaching Jesus. He lives
with the love of his life, Larah and their son, Jude, and
serves as the Youth | Young Adults Pastor at Vlife Church.

Lisa Connaway is a woman who is passionate for God and
all that it takes to successfully run the race that has been
set before her. She loves to provoke, stir and encourage
people to take charge of their life, and live in a way that
will bring health and longevity to their christian walk. She
is the wife of “Coach Mike”, and the mother of three:
Michaela – 23, Caleb – 21, and Crawford – 11. Lisa has
been an ordained pastor for sixteen of her twenty-three
years in ministry.

Caleb is an experienced musician with a passion for
worship and the local church. He has been serving as a
full time worship leader for over two years. As a full time
musician Caleb is well versed in music production and
composition. “I believe in simple songs that don’t make it
complicated for individuals of all ages to enter to
worship.” “I have the best time leading worship when I can
forget about everybody else in the room and just worship
God myself. I invite you to enter into the kind of worship

James Knapp, at 18, started an intensive mentorship
program with Pastor Mike Connaway aimed toward full
time ministry. In the last four years, he’s averaged
volunteered and paid staff over 30 hours a week. Being
one of the founding members, birthing Vlife with Pastor
Mike, he took the Tween group from 0 – 65 in just 1 year.
His vision is to inspire Tweens to have a real relationship
with God. James, along with his wife Nicolee, feel honored
to serve your Tweens.

”Coach Mike”. Considered by many to be the original life
coach, he brings his 23 years of pastoring together with
his background in coaching CEOs to serve people with
spiritual leadership and real world practical theology.
His purpose is to coach people into spiritual maturity.
